Change Tip or Rating

The change rating/tip feature is only available within 48 hours of delivery.

To change your Laundry Pro's rating and/or tip:

1. Open the app

2. Tap "Orders" at the bottom of the screen

3. Tap "More Details" on which order you want to make the adjustment

4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Redo Rating/Tip"
