Order Minimum

For most areas, the minimum charge for Standard service is $30, and the minimum charge for Express service is $40. In some areas, there may be a higher minimum charge. You will clearly see your price per pound and minimum charge amounts during your ordering process and prior to placing your order.

Oversized items are included in the minimum fee. For example, if your Standard next-day service order has a $30 minimum and your per pound price is $1, if you provide 25 pounds of laundry and you include 1 oversized item, the total cost of service would be $33 before applicable taxes and fees.

Oversized items are an EXTRA $8 per item (that's in addition to the cost per pound).

An oversized item is one that requires its own wash/dry cycle in a standard sized residential washer/dryer.
