How pricing works
Your total is based on the weight of your laundry, multiplied by the per-pound rate in your area.
Before placing your order, you’ll see your price per pound, minimum order amount, and any applicable fees. You’ll also see an estimated total based on the number of bags you plan to send—this estimate is usually close, but your final price is determined by the actual weight of your laundry.
Minimums
Each service has a minimum order amount. If your order doesn’t meet the minimum, you’ll be charged the minimum price for that service.
Service options
Standard (next-day)
Pricing varies by location, but in many areas starts around $1/lb (USD) or CA$1.60/lb, with a minimum applied.
Express (same-day or overnight, where available)
Pricing is higher than Standard and often starts around $2/lb (USD) or CA$2.40/lb, with a minimum applied.
No matter which option you choose, your laundry is returned clean, neatly folded, and ready to wear—just as it should be.
What's an average load of laundry weigh, anyway?
An average hamper of clothes weighs about 10 pounds. That might help you estimate the cost of your service. Or, simply weigh your laundry using a bathroom scale. First weigh yourself, alone. Then weigh yourself holding each bag of laundry. Subtract one from the other and this will give you the weight of your laundry.
