Blocking a Laundry Pro

If you received unsatisfactory service, please rate your Laundry Pro in the app. Any Laundry Pro you rate a 1-3 stars will automatically be blocked from servicing you in the future.

However, if you were satisfied with your service, but would just prefer to have a different Laundry Pro next time, you can easily block specific Laundry Pro's from getting your future orders by following these steps...

- Go to the Account tab
- Tap on Preferred Laundry Pros
- Next to the name of the Laundry Pro you would like to block, tap on the three dots
- Confirm and press Block

This Laundry Pro will no longer have access to any of your orders.

To unblock, follow the same steps again.
