If you’re looking for something right away, on-demand orders are typically picked up shortly after you place them, depending on the time of day and the service speed you select.
If you prefer to plan ahead, scheduled orders let you choose a future pickup date instead of placing your order day-of. You can schedule a one-time pickup up to 14 days in advance.
How scheduling works
When you schedule an order, you’ll select your preferred pickup date during the ordering process. Your order will then be saved in a pending state until that day.
You’ll receive a reminder the night before your scheduled pickup. On the scheduled date, your order is automatically placed in the morning and made available to Laundry Pros, just like with on-demand orders.
Important details
Scheduled orders are one-time only and do not repeat automatically. If you no longer need your order, you can cancel it anytime before it’s placed on your scheduled day.
You’ll receive a reminder the night before your scheduled order, followed by a confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

Can I edit a scheduled order?
Scheduled orders can’t be edited once they’re set up. If you need to make a change, you can cancel the order and place a new one.
What if I change my mind?
No problem—you can cancel your scheduled order anytime before it’s placed on the scheduled day.
Why don’t I see today as an option?
Same-day availability depends on the time of day and local capacity. If today isn’t shown, it means on-demand pickup is no longer available for that day in your area.
