Additional Touches are optional extras you can add to your laundry order when you’d like your Laundry Pro to take care of a little more for you.

What are Additional Touches?

Additional Touches are optional products and services you can select during checkout, such as:

• Vinegar (a natural fabric softener)
• Fabric softener (scented or Free & Clear)
• Dryer sheets (scented or Free & Clear)
• Laundry Sanitizer
• Scent Beads
• Oxi Boost
• Ironing (charged per item)
• Steaming (charged per item)

When you select an Additional Touch:

• Your Laundry Pro provides the supplies
• An additional fee is added to your order
• The selection appears in the order details your Laundry Pro sees before accepting

Additional Touches are always optional. Availability varies by market. If something you see here isn't available in your area yet, in likely will be soon!

Important: Additional Touches vs. providing your own supplies

Providing your own supplies

If you plan to send your own supplies with your laundry, select “I will provide” under the detergent selection:

• You can include items like fabric softener or dryer sheets with your laundry
• There is no additional charge
• You do not select anything under Additional Touches

If you’ve been including your own supplies with orders in the past, you can keep doing exactly that. Nothing about this experience has changed.

• You select the Additional Touch during checkout
• An additional fee applies

What Additional Touches are available?

Current product options include:

• Vinegar

  Customers usually choose vinegar to help with odors, soften fabrics naturally, or reduce detergent buildup. It’s especially common for towels, workout clothes, or items that smell a little musty.

  A common question is whether clothes will smell like vinegar. Once everything is rinsed and dried, the smell doesn’t stick around.

• Fabric softener
  • Customers choose fabric softener because they want clothes to feel softer, have less static, or add a light scent. Some customers prefer a Free & Clear option, which has no added dyes or fragrances and works well for sensitive skin.
  • Available in scented or Free & Clear

• Oxi Boost
  • Customers choose Oxi Boost to brighten fabrics and lift stains without bleach. It's color-safe and chlorine-free — works on lights, darks, and colors. It's especially popular for workout clothes, towels, and everyday basics that lose their vibrancy over time.
  • Not safe for wool, silk, leather, or dry-clean-only items. Your Laundry Pro will wash those separately.

• Dryer sheets
  • Customers choose dryer sheets to reduce static, soften fabrics, or add fragrance.
  • Available in scented or Free & Clear

• Laundry Sanitizer

  • Customers choose laundry sanitizer for an extra level of cleanliness in the wash — it targets odor-causing bacteria that detergent alone may not fully address. It's a good option for gym clothes, towels, or anyone who wants added peace of mind.

• Scent Beads
  • Customers choose scent beads for a longer-lasting fresh scent that goes beyond what detergent provides. The fragrance is added during the wash and tends to linger on fabrics after drying.
  • Your Laundry Pro selects the brand and scent. 

Current additional service options include:

• Ironing
  • Select the number of items you'd like ironed. Your Laundry Pro will press each item to reduce wrinkles and creases.
• Steaming

  • Select the number of items you'd like steamed. Steaming is a gentler option that works well for delicate fabrics or items that need a quick refresh without direct heat.

If I provide my own supplies, should I select an Additional Touch?

No. If you’re sending your own supplies, you don’t need to select anything under Additional Touches.

Who provides the supplies for Additional Touches?

Your Laundry Pro provides the supplies when you select an Additional Touch.

What does Free & Clear mean?

Free & Clear products contain no added dyes or fragrances and are often preferred for sensitive skin.

Can I change Additional Touches after placing an order?

No, you need to cancel the order, and place a new one with those chances. If you can’t cancel and you need to make a change, contact concierge for help.

Will my Laundry Pro know what I selected?

Yes. Your Laundry Pro sees any selected Additional Touches before accepting the order.
