Donation Drop-Off

Donation Drop-Off is an optional add-on you can include with any laundry order. Your Laundry Pro will pick up one sealed donation box alongside your laundry and drop it off at a local donation center. It's an easy way to clear out clutter without making an extra trip.

How to prepare your box

• Use a standard moving box (max 18" x 18" x 24"), or smaller
• Seal it securely before pickup
• Label it clearly "DONATIONS" on the outside so it doesn't get mixed up with your laundry

What can I donate? 

Most gently used household items and clothing are accepted. The following items are generally not accepted at donation centers and should not be included:

• Broken, damaged, or non-functional items
• Recalled products
• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, pesticides, motor oil)
• Mattresses, box springs, and pillows
• Car seats and booster seats
• Firearms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind
• Soiled, stained, or heavily worn items with no remaining use
• Perishable food items
• Medical equipment or used personal care items
• Large furniture or items exceeding box size spec

If a prohibited item is found, it may be returned to you or your account may be flagged.

What if my box is too big? 

Your Laundry Pro is not required to take a box that exceeds 18" x 18" x 24". If your box is too large, your Laundry Pro will leave it behind and you can connect with our concierge team to resolve the charge.

What if I don't use a standard box? 

Your Laundry Pro is not asked to take anything that isn't a standard moving box. If you put out a bag, bin, or other container, it may be left behind. Contact concierge and we'll remove the charge.

What if I have multiple boxes? 

Your Laundry Pro will take one box per order. If you have more to donate, add it to your next laundry order.

A note on donated items 

Once your Laundry Pro picks up your donation box, those items are gone for good. There's no inventory taken and no way to retrieve items after drop-off. Make sure you're ready to part with everything in the box before pickup.
