Where can I see my order charges and receipt?

You can review your laundry charges at any time after your order has been delivered. This article will show you where to find a breakdown.

While your order is in progress

Your final receipt isn't available while your order is still active because your Laundry Pro needs to weigh your laundry first.

The amount shown when you place your order is an estimate based on the number of bags you plan to send. Your final laundry charges are based on the order’s actual weight. To learn more about how that estimate is calculated, visit Estimated Cost.

Once your Laundry Pro weighs your order, we'll send you a message with your order's total weight and the number of bags being delivered. After your order is delivered, we'll send another notification confirming the total amount charged to your payment method.

At that point, your receipt is immediately available in the app.

Viewing your receipt

You can view receipts for completed orders anytime by following these steps:

1. Tap Account (at the bottom of your home screen)
2. Select Order History 

3. Find the order you'd like to review and tap View Details.

   

4. Tap Receipt. 

   

What's included on my receipt?

Your receipt provides a complete breakdown of your order, including:

• Laundry charges based on your order's weight
• Any Fair Earnings Adjustment (if applicable)
• Additional order fees
• Taxes
• The last four digits of the payment method that was charged
• Any account credits or coupons used (if any were)
• Your tip (if one was added)

Everything is itemized so you can easily see how your total was calculated.

What is a Fair Earnings Adjustment?

Some areas have a minimum order amount.

If your laundry charges are less than the minimum for your area, you'll see a Fair Earnings Adjustment on your receipt. This simply covers the difference between your laundry charges and the area's minimum order amount.

For example, if the minimum order amount is $30.00 and your laundry charges total $20.10, your receipt would include a Fair Earnings Adjustment of $9.90.

If something about your receipt doesn't look right, please don't unpack your laundry just yet. Leaving everything packed makes it much easier for Concierge to review the order and investigate any potential issues.
