Pickup and Delivery Windows

Pickup & Delivery Windows is a feature available in most areas. It lets you select a specific 3-hour time slot for your pickup or delivery, giving you more control over your schedule. Instead of the normal 8 AM - 8 PM window, you can now choose exactly which time works best for you.

How much does it cost?

Pickup & Delivery Windows pricing may vary by location and is subject to change. You will always see the cost of these Windows prior to placing your order.

What time slots are available?

Windows are 3 hours long and run from 8 AM to 8 PM:

• 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Availability varies based on the time of day when you're placing the order.

When can I book a Window?

• Before 3 PM: You can book same-day Pickup Windows that start at least 1 hour from the time you're trying to place your order
• After 3 PM: You can book any Pickup Window for the next day

For example, if it's 10 AM, you can book the 11 AM-2 PM, 2-5 PM, or 5-8 PM windows for the same day. If it's 4 PM, you can book any window for the following day.

What happens if my Laundry Pro misses my Window?

If your Laundry Pro misses your Window, Poplin Concierge will issue you a refund for the Window fee. Our system automatically alerts us when a Window is missed, and you'll be contacted quickly to resolve the situation.

Can I change my Window after booking?

Not currently. If you need to change your window, you'll need to cancel and rebook your order (as long as your order has not yet been picked up by your Pro). 

What orders are eligible for Windows?

Windows are available for Standard orders only. Express orders and orders with extended turnaround, such as orders weighing over 100 pounds, are not currently eligible.

Can I use Windows with the "I'm Flexible" option?

No. If you select specific Windows, the "I'm Flexible" option on the Preferred Laundry Pro step won't be available. 

When will this feature be available in my area?

We're rolling the feature out over the next several weeks and months! If it's not in your area yet, it will be soon!
